Terms of Electronic Service Provision

Rules for using www.omnitask.pl and for the provision of electronic services

In effect from: 25 August 2026.

§ 1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at www.omnitask.pl and the rules for the provision of electronic services.

The Service Provider is: Warsaw Residential Group Marcin Łętowski, ul. Grafitowa 5, Posoka, 62-504 Stare Miasto, Poland. NIP (Tax ID): 665-306-59-82, REGON: 528314936. Email: kontakt@omnitask.pl, phone: +48 721 719 238. Electronic delivery address: AE:PL-74340-47002-TIHVB-19.

The website www.omnitask.pl and the OmniTask brand constitute the trading name of the business operated under the above company.

These Terms are made available free of charge at www.omnitask.pl/regulamin in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.

Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§ 2. Definitions

§ 3. Types and scope of electronic services

The Service Provider provides the following electronic services through the Website, free of charge:

  • Browsing the Website's content – access to information about services, pricing, blog articles and informational materials
  • The contact form and quote request form – allowing a message to be sent and a response or offer to be received
  • Newsletter – sending commercial information and educational materials to the provided email address, provided after separate consent is given

Automation services are not sold through the Website. The information about services and prices published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract (Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code). The terms of performance, scope, timeframes and remuneration are agreed individually in a separate contract.

Prices shown on the Website are net prices and do not include VAT. The final price is determined after an analysis of the scope of work.

§ 4. Conditions for the provision of services

Using the Website requires:

  • a device with internet access
  • an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies
  • an active email account – when using the Forms or Newsletter

The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Website available without interruption. It reserves the right to temporary technical breaks, in particular for maintenance, updates or expansion.

The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in access to the Website resulting from causes beyond its control, in particular internet connection failures, force majeure, or the actions of third parties.

A contract for the provision of an electronic service is concluded:

  • for browsing content – at the moment of entering the Website
  • for the Forms – at the moment the message is sent
  • for the Newsletter – at the moment the subscription is confirmed

A contract for the provision of an electronic service is terminated:

  • for browsing content – at the moment of leaving the Website
  • for the Forms – at the moment the correspondence ends
  • for the Newsletter – at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link or writing to the contact address

§ 5. Prohibition on providing unlawful content

Users are prohibited from providing unlawful content, in particular content that infringes personal rights, copyrights, industrial property rights, or generally applicable law.

It is prohibited to use the Website in a way that disrupts its operation, in particular by using automated software, overloading the infrastructure, or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

In the event of a breach of the above rules, the Service Provider may block access to the Website.

§ 6. Liability

The content published on the Website – in particular blog articles, guides and informational materials – is of an informational and educational nature. It does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.

Information regarding funding programmes, tax obligations and legal provisions is presented as of the date of publication. The Service Provider does not guarantee its being up to date – before making a decision, it should be verified with the relevant authority or advisor.

The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made by the User based solely on the content published on the Website.

§ 7. Copyright

The Website and its elements – texts, graphics, layout, logo, graphic marks – are subject to the copyright held by the Service Provider or by entities with which it has concluded relevant agreements.

Copying, distributing or using the Website's content for commercial purposes without the Service Provider's written consent is prohibited.

Quoting excerpts of the content is permitted, provided the source is cited and an active link to the Website is included.

§ 8. Complaints

Complaints regarding electronic services can be submitted:

  • by email to: kontakt@omnitask.pl
  • in writing to the Service Provider's registered address

A complaint should include: identification of the User, a description of the problem with the date it occurred, and the expected way of resolving it.

The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the User of the outcome in the form in which the complaint was submitted.

§ 9. Withdrawal from the contract

A Consumer or a Sole trader with consumer rights who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period is counted from the day the contract is concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before it expires.

The withdrawal statement should be sent to the Service Provider's email address or registered address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Service Provider has fully performed the service with the User's express consent, having informed the User before the service began that the right of withdrawal would be lost.

The provisions of this section do not apply to entrepreneurs entering into contracts of a professional nature.

§ 10. Protection of personal data

The rules for processing personal data, the purposes, legal bases, and the rights of data subjects are described in the Privacy Policy available at www.omnitask.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

§ 11. Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of services provided. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.

Disputes arising from the use of the Website are resolved by the court having jurisdiction under Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution, including the ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms are in effect from 25 August 2026.
